Meghan is excited to take on another year at ERHS! This will be her 3rd as a coach and 2nd as the Head Coach. She's looking forward to strengthening relationships with her current students and creating new ones with the incoming novices. When she isn't doing speech, she loves theater, spending time with her friends and family, and diving into new books.

Tammy has been a Speech and Debate coach for 8 years. She enjoys True Crime podcasts, KPop music, hanging out with her grandchildren, and a great cup of coffee. She coaches Discussion, Informative, Great Speeches, and Oratory.

Katie has been a coach at East Ridge for over ten years, and has coached students in all of the Public Address categories.  She is a patent attorney for 3M, has two dogs (Stella shown, Baxter is camera-shy), loves gardening and yoga. This year, she'll be coaching both Domestic and International Extemp Speaking.

Cooper is currently pursuing his degree in Interior Design at the University of Minnesota. This will be his 4th year coaching Speech. He also coaches Congressional Debate. This season, he's particularly excited to work with students in Info in addition to Original Oratory—he has a soft spot for clever wordplay, and there’s nothing he enjoys more than a well-crafted pun!

Talon is excited to jump into another season of coaching! He's been judging since he graduated high school, where he competed in Creative, Duo, and Impromptu. He graduated from MSU Mankato last winter with a BS in Instrumental Music Education to teach concert band. He couldn’t be happier to be here!

Austin has been in speech since 2016. As a student he competed for 2 years in Duo, Prose, and Impromptu. He's coached at Park High School for 2 years and he's been judging for 5 years.  In his spare time he enjoys watching Star Wars, playing video games, spending time with his family, his black lab Tex, and working in the pits of his wife's family race team.

Izhan is a senior at the UMN Twin Cities, double majoring in Human Physiology and Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Justice. As a student, Izhan competed in domestic and international extemp speech as well as classic and public forum debate. He has been coaching debate since graduating from high school, and is excited to head into his second year coaching speech!
